●JP-1300A該機具有工作穩(wěn)定,、壓合力大,、熱膠合時間短且自控設(shè)定溫度，前芯板自動定位在加熱板中間,，等待后芯板對接,，可任意選擇拼接寬度。該機采用可編程控制器與人機界面觸摸屏,，旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器,、光電開關(guān)、接近開關(guān)等輸入元件,，通過編制程序,，可實現(xiàn)設(shè)定所需的芯板長度拼接到達后自動剪切,、自動輸送、輸送后尾板自動定位在加熱板中間,，自動化程度高,，可實現(xiàn)一鍵操作。
該機還具有將剪切后的芯板自動送入?yún)О逖b置上,，節(jié)省人工,。
●該機與SD-40C型斜磨機配套使用，能充分滿足廣大用戶將芯板斜磨,、自動對接,、熱壓拼接、任意定長剪切組合成流水線的迫切需求,。熱壓膠合板時間僅為同類熱壓拼接機三分之一,，并節(jié)省人工、成倍地提高生產(chǎn)率,。該機是我公司開發(fā)研制的生產(chǎn)較高強度,、較高質(zhì)量膠合板的優(yōu)良新型設(shè)備，是膠合板生產(chǎn)商的選擇,。
